Fitness For Seniors
For seniors 55+ who would like to start and maintain a fitness program.  A new study has found that previously sedentary senior citizens who incorporate exercise into their lifestyles not only improve physical function, but experience psychological benefits as well.

Fitness For Adults
For adults who want to begin a fitness program, or would like to increase their current activity level.  Participating in regular physical activity, provides many health benefits such as increased cardio respiratory fitness, increased muscular strength, and decreased depressive symptoms and blood pressure.

Early Stages & Youth Programs
These programs are designed with motivating and fun activities that can be done inside or outside.  Since one out of four American children are overweight, it is important to make fitness a part of a child’s life on a regular basis.  
The programs for ages 3-6, will focus on safe activities suitable for early stages.

Fitness For Couples
A great fitness solution if one part of the couple is active and the other is not, or if both are inactive and need to develop a healthier lifestyle. Couples who exercise together are less likely to abandon a fitness program than individuals who exercise without their partners.

Parent /Child Workshops
For children ages 7-14 who are accompanied by an adult and working as a team to reach their fitness goals.  The benefits of having an adult involved will help to promote healthier eating habits and consistent physical activity. Also a great time for parent and child bonding
